Sigma Development Ltd is a Construction Management and General Contracting firm based in Nassau, Bahamas, led by degreed professional Bahamians.
We are members of the Bahamas Contractors Association, the Bahamas Society of Engineers and the Bahamas Chamber of Commerce. Our work spans aviation, wastewater, healthcare and residential development, delivered for institutional clients, developers and private owners across The Bahamas.

Direct supplier relationships
We visit our equipment suppliers in person, including specialist lifting suppliers in England, so the plant that arrives on a Sigma site is the plant we selected and inspected ourselves.
Modern and electric plant
We test equipment before it ships. Our fully electric telehandler was trialled on site in England before being brought to The Bahamas, reducing emissions and noise on active sites.
Industry engagement
Our leadership attends ConExpo Con/Agg, the largest construction equipment exhibition in the industry, held every three years, to keep Sigma current on methods, machinery and technology.
